Faisalabad Medical University, Faisalabad invites bids on F.O.R. basis from well reputed firms registered with income tax and sales tax and active on the Federal Board of Revenue active tax payer list for purchase of the following items through Punjab e-Procurement System in Faisalabad city. Items being procured: - General Store Items - Stationery Items - Printing Items - X-Ray Films & Chemicals - Linen Items - M & R Items - Instruments Items - Biomedical Store Items The procurement covers a wide range of general store and biomedical supplies including printing and stationery materials, x-ray films and chemicals, linen, maintenance and repair items, instruments, and biomedical store items. Bidders must ensure compliance with all terms and conditions as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (Amended) and PPRA regulations 2024. Bidding will be conducted through a Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure under Rule 38 (A-I) of Punjab Procurement Rules. Bidders are required to submit a bid security of 2% of the estimated price of the lots for the financial year 2026-27. Non-submission of bid security will lead to rejection. Successful bidders must submit a 5% performance guarantee. All bidders are advised to carefully read the bidding documents and submit proposals as per instructions.
