Supply of Germplasm and Miscellaneous Store Items for Mango Productivity Enhancement

Mango Research Institute Multan has allocated budget for the supply of germplasm and miscellaneous store items under the ADP scheme titled PRODUCTIVITY ENHANCEMENT IN MANGO SECTOR OF PUNJAB. Part of the budget proceeds will be used for eligible payments for the supply of the following items: - Grow Bag (24"x24") 1000 Nos. - Grow Bag (18"x18") 1000 Nos. - Grow Bag (16"x16") 1000 Nos. - Grow Bag (14"x14") 50000 Nos. - Black Shading Net (100mx2m) 50 Nos. - Polythene Sheet 1000 kg The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) from authorized dealers only. Bids must be submitted online exclusively via the Bank of Punjab as per Punjab c-Procurement System guidelines. No physical financial instruments will be accepted. The bidding follows an Open Competitive Bidding Single Stage - Two Envelope procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules-2014 (amended). Complete bids must be submitted on or before Thursday, September 10, 2026 @10:30 AM through the Punjab e-Procurement System portal. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives at the Office of Principal Scientist, Mango Research Institute, Old Shujabad Road, Multan. Bidders must submit their best and final prices inclusive of all applicable taxes. Taxes will be deducted as per government rules. NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates must accompany the bid. Incomplete or non-compliant bids will be rejected. The contract will be awarded to the lowest evaluated bidder individually for each lot. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your bid security is submitted online through the Bank of Punjab only and that your bid complies fully with the Punjab e-Procurement System requirements to avoid rejection.
