Supply of Golden Master Batches for Manufacturing of Plastic Cans and Caps at PSO CMU Korangi

Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) invites quotations for the supply of Golden Master Batches used in the manufacturing of plastic cans and caps at its Central Manufacturing Unit (CMU) located in Korangi, Sindh. This procurement is critical for ensuring the quality and consistency of plastic products used by PSO. Items being procured: - Golden Master Batch CMU (Manufacturing) 6,000 KG The master batches must conform to specific Pantone shades and chemical compositions including CCP > GOLDEN POM17 or equivalent, FAV > GOLDEN - 1145 or equivalent, SMB > GOLDEN - FA-1125 or equivalent, and B.R > GOLDEN - PG-138N or equivalent. Physical properties required include a polyethylene carrier resin, dose rate of 5.0% to 5.5%, light fastness rating between 6-8 ensuring no color fading for 4 months under sunlight exposure, heat stability between 225-230°C, and migration rating of 4-5 to prevent color transfer. Delivery is required within 30 days after issuance of the Purchase Order at PSO CMU Korangi. Vendors are responsible for safe handling and unloading of the master batches. Acceptance will be subject to inspection by the Assistant Manager or Shift Incharge. Damaged bags will not be accepted and must be replaced at the vendor's expense. Part delivery and part payment are allowed. Eligibility criteria include submission of a bid security amounting to Rs. 50,000 in the form of CDR or Pay Order. Vendors should ensure compliance with all specifications and timely delivery to avoid disqualification. The last date for submission of quotations is 18th August 2026 by 2:15 PM.
