The Directorate General Procurement (Army) located near 502 Central Base Workshop EME, Main Adyala Road Rawalpindi, invites sealed tenders from reputed firms possessing NTN certificates for the supply of various items under PPRA rules. The procurement includes the supply of the following items: - Ground Sheet Khaki (100,000 Nos) - Towel Hand Operating, Green (12,127 Nos) - Vest Men's Cotton Knitted Half Sleeve Dark Khaki Size Small, Medium & Large (30,000 Nos) - Towel, Bath Medium (13,430 Nos) - Sulphuric Acid, Pure (26,835 Liters) The delivery period for all items is 9 to 12 months. Tender documents can be collected until 26 August 2026. Submission and opening of tenders will take place on 27 August 2026 at 10:30 hrs and 11:00 hrs respectively at the tender room of DGP (Army). Firms must submit 3x tender samples (made up) along with material samples on the technical opening date. Eligibility criteria include possession of valid NTN certificates, registration certificates from Directorate General Defence Purchase, sales tax department certificates, proof of financial capability, CNIC of MD, bank statements, and experience details. Bid security of 5% (up to Rs. 1.0 Million) is required. Performance bank guarantee of 10% of contract value within 30 days of signing contract is mandatory.
