Tender Description
Pakistan State Oil Company Limited Karachi invites sealed E-Bids through SAP Ariba from eligible contractors with adequate past relevant experience and financial capabilities for the supply of HDPE Injection Grade for Manufacturing of Plastic Caps.
Items being procured:
- HDPE Injection Grade for Plastic Caps
The procurement is conducted under a Single Stage - Two Envelope bidding procedure. Tender documents collection is available through SAP Ariba from 02.09.2026 till 17.09.2026 between 08:30 AM to 02:15 PM. Bid submission deadline is 17.09.2026 till 02:15 PM, with bid opening scheduled on the same day at 03:00 PM onwards.
Interested bidders must submit scanned copies of valid NTN, GST Certificate, CNIC of owner or authorized representative, and must be active taxpayers. Vendors not having Ariba Network ID are requested to register on SAP Ariba Portal to participate. The technical bid opening date and time will be communicated later to technically qualified bidders only.
Bidders are advised to regularly check PSO and PPRA websites for any updates or changes. One practical tip for bidders is to ensure timely registration and document submission on SAP Ariba to avoid disqualification due to procedural delays.
