Supply of Hired Mechanical Transport and Bulk/Pack Bitumen, Steel, Cement for Multiple Regions

The Headquarters Frontier Works Organization invites sealed offers from firms and contractors for the supply of hired mechanical transport including 6/10 wheeler trucks, trailers of 20/30/40 feet, and special bowzers. The transport is required for carriage of FWO stores such as Bitumen (both Bulk and Pack), Steel, and Cement (Bulk/Pack) across multiple regions including Sindh, Balochistan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Punjab, Azad Jammu & Kashmir, and Gilgit Baltistan for the period from 1 August 2026 to 30 June 2027. The technical scope covers the provision of mechanical transport vehicles suitable for heavy and bulk materials, ensuring timely and safe delivery of construction and maintenance materials. The tender includes supply of Bitumen in bulk and packed forms, steel, and cement in bulk and packed quantities. This is a significant logistical contract supporting infrastructure and civil works across diverse terrains and provinces. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Headquarters Frontier Works Organization and should provide a CDR as bid security amounting to PKR 200,000. The tender fee is PKR 2,000 non-refundable. Firms should have relevant experience in mechanical transport supply and handling of construction materials. Registration with FBR and a valid ATL status are recommended to ensure compliance with procurement regulations. Tender documents are available from 3 July 2026 to 19 July 2026 on any working day from 10:00 to 14:00 hours. The submission deadline is 20 July 2026 at 10:00 hours, with opening scheduled the same day at 10:30 hours.
