Supply of Hydraulic Hoist at PSO Central Store Keamari Terminal for PSO Retail Outlets

Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) invites quotations for the supply of Hydraulic Hoists at its central store located at Keamari Terminal (KT-B), Karachi. This procurement is intended to support PSO Retail Outlets by providing reliable and efficient vehicle lifting equipment. Items being procured: - Hydraulic Hoist complete with chassis and accessories, quantity 60 units, located at Keamari Terminal. The hydraulic hoist must include key components such as power cylinder, piston and sleeve, girder, valve or switch for lifting and dropping vehicles, and appropriate pneumatic sealing. The hoist type is single post, semi-hydraulic, air/oil operated with an I-Beam (girder) structure and anti-rust chrome coated piston. It should operate automatically with smooth lift and drop without jerks and have a loading capacity of up to 4.5 tons. The piston travel range is 150 cm to 160 cm with an automatic safety lock and overall dimensions of 737 x 4877 mm. The standard to be followed is ANSI B-153-1. Accessories include air control valve, PSO grade hydraulic oil, and vehicle locators (2 sets for front and rear). A 12-month maintenance-free warranty including replacement of all parts from the date of delivery at the central store is required. Comprehensive installation instructions must be provided by the supplier. The delivery schedule is 90 days after issuance of the purchase order. PSO reserves the right to inspect the equipment upon delivery for acceptance or rejection. Quantities may be adjusted with prior notice. The original equipment manufacturer (OEM) must submit a duly signed and stamped compliance/deviation sheet along with all necessary technical literature at the time of bidding. A penalty clause applies for delayed delivery: 0.1% of the total value of the undelivered quantity per day, capped at 10% of the work order value.
