Supply of Imported Paper, Art Card and Press Material for Financial Year 2026-2027

The Islamic Research Institute at the International Islamic University Islamabad (IIUI) invites E-bids from well-reputed firms and general order suppliers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and listed on FBR's Taxpayer List (ATL) for the supply of imported paper, art card, and press material for the financial year 2026-2027. The procurement is specifically for the Printing Press Section of the institute located at Faisal Masjid Campus, Islamabad. Items being procured: - White Local Paper, Size 23×36, 70 GSM (Packages or Equivalent), 350 Reams - White Imported Paper, Size 23×36, 75 GSM (IK or Equivalent), 100 Reams - White Imported Paper, Size 20×30, 75 GSM (IK or Equivalent), 100 Reams - White Art Card, Size 25×36, 300 GSM (Pindo or Equivalent), 50 Pkts. - Matt Finish Paper, Size 25×36, 128 GSM (Nevea or Equivalent), 10 Reams - White Art Card, Size 22×28, 260 GSM (Pindo or Equivalent), 50 Pkts. - Bleach Card, Size 22×28, 300 GSM (Ningbo or Equivalent), 50 Pkts. - Bleach Card, Size 22×28, 250 GSM (Ningbo or Equivalent), 50 Pkts. - Regina Fancy Paper, Size 17×24, 80 GSM, 5 Reams - Lamination Glue DA-102, 100 Kg - Chemical for Glue, 25 Litres The scope includes supply of high-quality imported paper and related materials suitable for printing and press operations. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and have experience supplying similar materials. A non-refundable bidding fee of Rs. 2000 must be deposited along with the bid. The bid is valid for 180 days on F.O.R basis and must be accompanied by bid security/Earnest Money of 2% of the total bid value in the form of Bank Draft or Pay Order. Bids must be submitted by 18.09.2026 at 10:30 am and will be opened the same day at 11:00 am in the Seminar Room of the institute. Hard copies of bids along with Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) are also required. The institute reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
