Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned on any working day between 09:00 AM to 01:00 PM except Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays upon submission of a written request supported with a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 2,000 per item. The tender fee must be paid via bank draft or pay order payable to the Pr. Accounts Officer, P.O. Box No. 1553, Islamabad. Cash payments are not accepted. Bids will be received up to 13:30 hours on the respective opening dates and will be opened the same day at 14:00 hours in the presence of bidders who wish to attend. Eligibility requires registration with the Sales Tax Department and submission of earnest money as tender fee. The tender follows a single stage two envelope basis for certain items as indicated. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per rules. This tender is also available on the PPRA website www.ppra.org.pk under public sector organization.
