Supply and Installation of Fencing, Agricultural Inputs, Seedling Production Tunnel, and Packaging Materials by Agriculture Department District Kharmang

The Agriculture Department District Kharmang invites sealed bids from registered and eligible firms, suppliers, and contractors for the supply and installation of various agricultural items and services under the Regular/Development Budget including ETI funded schemes for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is specific to Kharmang district in Gilgit-Baltistan and aims to support agricultural development through essential materials and equipment. Items being procured: - Supply of Fencing/Construction Materials (Lot A) - Supply of Agricultural Inputs including Seeds, Root Stock, Bulbs, Chemicals, Fertilizer, and Tools (Lot B) - Supply of Seedling Production Tunnel and Machineries (Lot C) - Supply of Packaging Materials and Miscellaneous Items (Lot D) The scope covers supply and installation of fencing and construction materials, provision of agricultural inputs such as seeds and fertilizers, machinery for seedling production tunnels, and packaging materials. The successful bidder will be responsible for delivery at their own expense to the Deputy Director Agriculture Kharmang office or other designated locations within the district. Eligibility criteria include relevant experience in similar works, submission of bid security in the form of a call deposit from a scheduled bank or KCBL in favor of the Deputy Director Agriculture Kharmang, and adherence to the bidding procedures. The tender remains valid until 30th June 2027 with no escalation or increase in rates allowed during the contract period. Bids must be submitted on or before 9th September 2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Bidding will be conducted through a single-stage two-envelope procedure. Partial, incomplete, or late bids will be rejected.
