Construction of Academic Block of Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto Medical University Islamabad - HVAC Works

Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto Medical University (SZABMU), Islamabad invites bids for the construction of an Academic Block including HVAC works at its Islamabad campus. This procurement is specifically for HVAC installation and related construction activities as part of the new academic block project. Items being procured: - Construction of Academic Block - HVAC Works The project requires bidders with PEC registration minimum Category C-3 or above with specialization ME01. Bidders must be registered with PPRA E-PADS and have valid Income Tax and Sales Tax registration, along with active status on the FBR Active Taxpayers List. The scope includes full HVAC system installation and associated civil works at the SZABMU campus located in G-8/3, Islamabad. Bidding documents can be downloaded from the official E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS 2.0) website at https://epads.gov.pk. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of PKR 9.000 Million in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), Pay Order, or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank in Pakistan or a foreign bank counter guaranteed by a scheduled bank in Pakistan. The scanned copy of the Bid Security must be uploaded through e-PADS, and the hard copy submitted physically. Hard copy bids along with original bid security must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly mentioning the name and reference number of the procurement activity to the Purchase Office, 5th Floor, School of Dentistry, Ravi Road, G-8/3, Islamabad. Bids must be submitted through e-PADS at https://eprocure.gov.pk by or before 17.11.2026 at 11:00 AM. The bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM at Syndicate Hall, SZABMU, 5th Floor School of Dentistry Building, Ravi Road, G-8/3, Islamabad. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 09.11.2026 at 11:00 hrs in the office of the undersigned. Incomplete or conditional bids and those without bid security will not be considered. If the bid submission or opening date falls on a public holiday or due to force majeure, bids will be opened on the next working day at the same venue and time. Only technically qualified bidders will have their price bids opened. Price bids of bidders failing to meet qualification criteria will be returned unopened. SZABMU reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per PPRA Rule 45.
