Supply and Installation of Air Handling Units at 4th Floor, PSO House Karachi

This procurement notice invites qualified suppliers and service providers to submit quotations for the supply and installation of Air Handling Units (AHUs) at the 4th Floor of PSO House located in Karachi. The procuring entity is the Pakistan State Oil Company Limited, a leading energy company in Pakistan. Items being procured: - Air Handling Unit (55 Ton) with VFD Controller, Double Decker type, Galvanized Iron Sheet inner and Pre-Plasticized Steel Sheet external casing, P3 Injection Molded Insulation, AMCA Certified Fans, Forward Curved Centrifugal Fan, 16000 CFM airflow, 660,000 Btu/Hr cooling capacity. - Air Handling Unit (60 Ton) with VFD Controller, similar specifications with 50 mm panel thickness, 18500 CFM airflow, 720,000 Btu/Hr cooling capacity. - Installation Services including assembling, wiring from VFD to unit, chilled water and drain line connections, balancing valves, thermostats, gate valves, pressure and temperature gauges, insulation and cladding, duct flexible connectors, lifting and shifting of AHU components. The technical scope covers supply of OEM certified AHUs with detailed specifications including coil materials, fan types, motor efficiency class IE3, and VFD brands such as ABB, Schneider, or Danfoss. Installation services include all labor, transportation, and material charges necessary for complete commissioning within 60 days from purchase order issuance. Eligibility criteria require vendors to provide product certifications, OEM authorization letters, and part numbers for all items. ODM manufactured products are not allowed. Bid security of PKR 100,000 is mandatory. The evaluation will be based on 70% technical and 30% commercial scoring.
