Procurement and Installation of Stainless-Steel Ducting System for HVAC at PAFDA Building

The Punjab Agriculture Food and Drug Authority (PAFDA), Home Department, Government of Punjab, invites bids for the procurement and installation of a Stainless-Steel Ducting System for HVAC at the PAFDA Building located in Lahore. This tender is open to bidders and suppliers registered with the tax departments and holding valid licenses from the Pakistan Engineering Council in category C-6 or above. Bid security amounting to 2% of the estimated cost (Rs. 107,400) must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. No physical instruments such as Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), Pay Order (PO), or Bank Guarantee (BG) will be accepted. Only electronically submitted bid securities through registered PEPS accounts will be considered. The bidding will follow the Open Competitive Bidding Method using a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per Rule 38 of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
