Supply and Installation of Appliances for Academic & Admin Section at SBBUVAS Larkana Campus @ Naudero

Shaheed Benazir Bhutto University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences Sakrand invites electronic bids through the SPPRA e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (e-PADS) for the supply and installation of appliances at its Larkana Campus located at Naudero. This procurement is aimed at enhancing the academic and administrative facilities with modern equipment and appliances. Items being procured: - Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of a 1.5 Ton (18,000 BTU/h) Wall-Mounted Split Type DC Inverter Air Conditioner unit - Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of Floor Mounted Air Conditioning of 2.0 Ton Inverter units - Supply, delivery, installation, testing, and commissioning of a 65-inch 4K Ultra HD Smart LED Display Unit - Supply, delivery, installation, testing, and commissioning of a Medium-Capacity Frost-Free Refrigerator - Supply, testing, and commissioning of floor-standing hot, cold, and ambient water dispensers including stainless steel cold water tanks The technical scope includes installation of high-efficiency inverter air conditioners with copper piping and stabilizers, smart LED displays with advanced connectivity, frost-free refrigerators with energy-saving compressors, and water dispensers with safety features. All equipment must be brand new, latest 2026 models, and comply with the specified technical standards. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have valid NTN, Sales Tax Registration, Sindh Revenue Board registration, and Chamber of Commerce membership. Bidders must submit bid security of 5% of the estimated cost and comply with PEC category requirements where applicable. The procurement follows the Single Stage–Two Envelope Procedure with separate technical and financial proposals.
