Tender Description
The Institute of Management Sciences (IMSciences), Peshawar invites e-bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS) for the supply, installation, and commissioning of main traction machines along with modification works of existing elevators. This tender is open to eligible contractors and firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the appropriate category and registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority.

The scope includes supply, installation, and commissioning of the main traction machines and necessary modifications to the existing elevator systems at the IMSciences campus located at 1-A, Sector E-5, Phase-VII, Hayatabad, Peshawar. Bidders must ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality standards as outlined in the tender documents.
Tender documents detailing bidding procedures, terms and conditions, scope of work, and item specifications are available through the e-PADS portal in accordance with KPPRA Rules 2014. Bidders are required to submit their bids electronically via e-PADS by the deadline.
An earnest money deposit of 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted in the form of a bank draft or call deposit in favor of the Institute of Management Sciences (IMSciences), Peshawar. The original hard copy of the bank draft/call deposit must be delivered to the procurement office before the bid submission deadline.
Bids must be submitted by 11:00 AM on October 6, 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted. The tender will be processed under a Single Stage β Single Envelope procedure. Bid opening will take place on the same day at 12:00 PM in the Conference Room, Academic Block, IMSciences, Peshawar, in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
Prospective bidders should ensure their PEC registration is valid and that they are registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority. It is advisable to carefully review the tender documents and prepare all required documentation to avoid disqualification.
