Supply, Installation, Commissioning & Maintenance of Imported Refrigeration for Federal Government Polyclinic PGMI-II Islamabad

The Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP) invites bids for the supply, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of imported refrigeration equipment under Package No. 28, Lot-A, for the establishment of the Federal Government Polyclinic (PGMI)-II located at G-11/3, Islamabad. This procurement is specifically for ultra low freezers, plasma storage freezers, and blood bank refrigerators, including all necessary accessories and stabilizers, to be delivered on a DAP basis. The technical scope includes microprocessor-based control ultra low temperature freezers with stainless steel interiors, blood bank refrigerators with digital temperature displays and alarms, and plasma storage freezers with data logging and safety features. The equipment must comply with international quality certifications such as FDA 510K, CE, and ISO 9001:2015 / ISO 13485:2016. Installation, commissioning, and testing must be completed within specified timelines, with a warranty period of one year followed by a five-year extended maintenance contract. Eligible bidders include manufacturers or their authorized local agents/importers/distributors registered with FBR and possessing relevant experience. Joint ventures are allowed with a nominated lead member. Bidders must submit earnest money in the form of a CDR or bank guarantee and comply with all bid submission requirements on the EPADS platform. The bid submission deadline is 11th June 2026 at 14:30 PST, with technical bids opening the same day at 15:00 PST at IDAP Lahore office.
