Tender Description
Faisalabad Electric Supply Company Limited (FESCO) invites bids through EPADS V2.0 from eligible bidders registered on EPADS V2.0 for the supply and erection of HT/LT PCC Spun Hollow Poles and associated electrical works in various designated and non-designated areas under FESCO jurisdiction.
Items being procured:
- Carriage & erection of HT/LT PCC Spun Hollow Poles 31, 36, & 45 feet from Designated & Non-Designated PC Pole Plants as per PEPCO / WAPDA specifications for HT/LT deposit & emergency works for Plain Areas (Mianwali & Kalabagh Divisions)
- Carriage & erection of HT/LT PCC Spun Hollow Poles 31, 36, & 45 feet from Designated & Non-Designated PC Pole Plants as per PEPCO / WAPDA specifications for HT/LT deposit & emergency works for Hill Areas (Mianwali & Kalabagh Divisions)
- Stringing of HT Line, with ACSR Osprey / Dog / Rabbit Conductor & Installation of Transformer (various capacities) for Maintenance and Deposit Works under the jurisdiction of various divisions including Mianwali, Bhakkar, Jauharabad, Chiniot, Sargodha, Chak Jhumra, and others as detailed in the tender notice.
The scope includes carriage, erection, stringing of HT lines, installation of transformers ranging from 15 KVA to 200 KVA, and related electrical infrastructure works in multiple divisions under FESCO. Bidders must be registered with PEC in categories C-6 with specialization code EE-04 & EE-05 and registered with DISCOs / NTDC / WAPDA. Bidders must also be registered on EPADS V2.0 and submit bids electronically.
The bidding process will be conducted through EPADS V2.0 with a single stage, two-envelope procedure. Bids will be opened on Tuesday, September 15, 2026, at 12:45 PM. Earnest Money and Bid Security as per tender documents are mandatory. Bidders should ensure compliance with all PPRA rules and FESCO requirements.
