Supply, Installation, Commissioning & Maintenance of Blood Gas Analyzer for Nawaz Sharif Institute of Cancer Treatment & Research Lahore

The Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP) invites eligible bidders to submit proposals for the supply, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of a Blood Gas Analyzer (Package No. 19, Lot-K, Item-01) on a DAP basis for the Nawaz Sharif Institute of Cancer Treatment & Research in Lahore. This procurement is conducted under the PPRA Rules 2014 (amended) with an estimated cost of approximately Rs. 1.2 Million and a bid security of Rs. 144,000. Items being procured: - Blood Gas Analyzer (Package No. 19, Lot-K, Item-01) The scope includes delivery and full installation at the specified institute, ensuring operational readiness and ongoing maintenance support. Bidders must register on the Punjab e-Procurement System and submit detailed technical and financial proposals through the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) portal. The technical proposals will be opened on the same day of submission at 03:00 PM via the e-Procurement System. Eligibility criteria include registration on the Punjab e-Procurement System, compliance with PPRA rules, and submission of earnest money as bid security. The last date for submission is 12th November 2026 by 02:30 PM. Proposals submitted by any other means than the Punjab e-Procurement System will not be considered. In case the deadline falls on a public holiday, the next working day will be considered for submission and opening.
