Procurement for Supply, Installation, Commissioning & Maintenance of Gynae Simulators (Package No. 52) for Reconstruction of Lady Willingdon Hospital, Lahore

The Infrastructure Development Authority Punjab (IDAP) invites qualified suppliers and contractors to participate in the procurement for the supply, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of Gynae Simulators under Package No. 52. This procurement is part of the reconstruction project of Lady Willingdon Hospital located in Lahore. Items being procured: - Gynae Simulators (Package No. 52) The scope includes delivery of the simulators, their proper installation at the hospital site, commissioning to ensure full operational status, and ongoing maintenance services as per contract terms. This project aims to enhance medical training facilities at Lady Willingdon Hospital by providing advanced simulation equipment. Eligible bidders should have relevant PEC registration and must be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR. Experience in supplying medical simulation equipment and provision of earnest money or bid security as per tender documents is mandatory. The bid submission deadline has been revised to the 30th of October, 2026, with the bid opening date remaining unchanged. Bidders are advised to submit their proposals timely to the office of the General Manager (Procurement & Contracts), IDAP, located at Ground Floor, 50 B-3, Gulberg-III, Lahore.
