Supply, Installation and Net Metering of 1 MW On-Grid Solar Systems at NLC Log Parks Karachi, Lahore and Rawalpindi

The National Logistics Corporation (NLC) is procuring the supply, installation, and net metering of 1 MW on-grid solar systems at its logistics parks located in Karachi, Lahore, and Rawalpindi. This tender invites experienced and qualified firms to participate in a two-stage, two-envelope bidding process under PPRA Rule 36(d). The scope includes turnkey solar projects with detailed site surveys, load calculations, and net metering installations at each specified location. The technical scope requires mono crystalline 600 Watt or above half-cut N-type bifacial photovoltaic panels from Tier-1 manufacturers, high-efficiency inverters compatible with net metering, and all associated electrical and mounting accessories. The project demands compliance with IEC and NEPRA standards, including detailed technical brochures, OEM authorization, and a comprehensive monitoring system with SCADA and mobile app integration. Installation must be completed within 120 days, with net metering finalized within 180 days from the Letter of Intent. Eligible bidders must be AEDB-registered firms with Category C-1 certification for solar projects, hold PEC membership Category C2, and demonstrate substantial experience with at least 10 commissioned projects of 1 MW or above over the last 7-10 years. Firms must also have an average turnover of PKR 3,000 million over the last three financial years including 2024/25, and be active tax filers with NTN and STRN registration. Tender fee of PKR 2,000 and bid security of PKR 10,000,000 are mandatory. The tender submission deadline is 10 July 2026 by 23:59:59 at the NLC Headquarters, Harding Road, Rawalpindi.
