Supply, Installation, Commissioning & Maintenance of Physiotherapy Equipment for Nawaz Sharif Institute of Cancer Treatment & Research Lahore

The Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP) invites eligible bidders to submit proposals for the supply, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of physiotherapy equipment on DAP & DDP basis for the Nawaz Sharif Institute of Cancer Treatment & Research located in Lahore. This procurement is conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System under the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) rules 2014 (amended). Items being procured: - Physiotherapy Equipment (Package No. 30, Lot-A & B) The scope includes full supply and installation of the specified physiotherapy equipment, followed by commissioning and ongoing maintenance services to ensure operational efficiency at the cancer treatment institute. Bidders must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and comply with all technical and financial proposal requirements as outlined in the RFP documents. Eligibility criteria include valid PEC registration, FBR/ATL compliance, and submission of bid security amounting to PKR 1,200,000.00. The bidding procedure follows the Single Stage Two Envelope (SSTE) method under open competitive bidding. All proposals must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System on or before the deadline of 16th September 2026 by 03:00 PM. Technical proposals will be opened the same day at 03:30 PM. Proposals submitted through any other mode will not be considered. If the closing date falls on a public holiday, the next working day will be considered for submission and opening.
