Tender Description
This tender invites bids for supply and installation of shamiana, chairs, tables, LPG gas cylinders with burners, generators, and water coolers for an examination in Quetta. The procurement covers furniture and equipment rental for the event. The scope includes provision of lunch and tea refreshments for staff during examination sessions at multiple locations in Quetta.
The items include 6000 chairs, 70 tables with cover sheets, LPG gas cylinders with burners, generators for electricity with lights, and approximately 150 water coolers. The service includes lunch (chicken baryani) for 4 days for 550 duty staff and tea refreshments for morning and evening sessions. Locations include Govt Elementary College, Govt Girls High School Jinnah Town Quetta, and the Balochistan Public Service Commission office.
Eligible firms must have relevant experience, financial capability, and registration with tax authorities including the Baluchistan Revenue Authority. Bids will be opened on 15/12/2025 at 11:00 AM at the Balochistan Public Service Commission office. A 2% bid security of the estimated cost is required in the form of call deposit receipts.
