Supply & Installation of Solar Hybrid Power System with DB Panel & Requisite Cabling Works at NBP Regional Office Mansehra Building

The National Bank of Pakistan (Engineering) invites sealed bids through EPADS v2.0 for the supply and installation of a Solar Hybrid Power System with DB Panel and requisite cabling works at the NBP Regional Office Mansehra Building. This procurement is for the fiscal year 2026-27 and will be executed under a National Single Stage-One Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS). The project involves the supply and installation of a 50 KW solar hybrid power system including solar panels, MS powder coated mounting structure, 50 KW solar inverter, lithium batteries, DB panels with breakers, power cables, and earth system as per detailed technical specifications. Items being procured: - Solar Panels (50 KW) with minimum 600 watt PV modules, brand JINKO, LONGI, J SOLAR, CANADIAN or equivalent - MS Structure Powder Coated mounting structure, gauge 3mm with stainless steel fasteners - 50 KW Solar Inverter IP-65, brand INVEREX, SOLAX, GOODWE or equivalent - Lithium Batteries (5.0 KWH, 100 AH, 48 V), brand PYLONT TECH, DYNESS, INVEREX or equivalent - DB Panels with Gauge 16 Power Coated breakers ABB/Schneider/Terasaki/Eaton or equivalent - Power Cable and accessories including 10mm and 16mm cables with GI flexible pipe for underground cable laying - Transportation, testing, commissioning and earth system with copper bars and conductors as per site requirements The technical scope includes installation, testing, commissioning, and integration with existing electrical infrastructure ensuring safety and compliance with local standards. The bidder must provide comprehensive warranties: 5 years for inverter, 12 years for solar panels, 3 years for batteries, and 1 year for steel structure and inverter manager. Eligibility criteria include valid PEC registration (specialization EE 11 iii), FBR active taxpayer status, manufacturer authorization, proof of two similar contracts worth at least Rs. 5 million in last 3 years, and office presence in Karachi for after sales service. Bids must be submitted online on EPADS v2.0 by October 7, 2026, 11:00 AM. Original bid security must be submitted physically before the deadline at the NBP Head Office Karachi. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual bid submission is not accepted. Bidders are advised to register on EPADS v2.0 to participate. The contract will be awarded to the lowest evaluated responsive bidder meeting all technical and eligibility requirements. A performance guarantee of 5% of contract price will be required from the successful bidder. One practical tip: Ensure all eligibility and technical documents are complete, properly referenced, and uploaded on EPADS to avoid disqualification.
