Supply and Installation of Solar PV Systems for Schools and Hospital in Taluka Pano Aqil District Sukkur

The Directorate of Alternative Energy, Energy Department, Government of Sindh invites sealed bids for the supply and installation of solar PV systems for schools and a hospital in Taluka Pano Aqil District Sukkur. The project includes two years of operation and maintenance services with an online monitoring system connected with concerned DISCOs for net metering. Items being procured: - 07 Solar PV Systems in Sukkur, Pano Aqil - Types of Solar PV Systems: 14 KWp (04 units), 50 KWp (02 units), 60 KWp (01 unit) The scope covers supply and installation of solarization systems with monitoring and maintenance for two years. Bidders must have valid registration with Federal and Provincial tax authorities and Pakistan Engineering Council. The procurement follows Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010 (Amended 2019) under a Single Stage - Two Envelope procedure.
