Prequalification for EPC Contract of Micro and Mini Grid Solutions for Off-Grid Areas of Balochistan Phase-I and Phase-II

Balochistan Energy Company Limited is inviting prequalification applications from eligible contractors and joint ventures for the EPC Contract of Micro and Mini Grid Solutions for off-grid areas in Balochistan under Phase-I and Phase-II. The project aims to provide reliable energy solutions to remote and underserved regions, enhancing access to electricity and supporting local development. The scope covers a wide range of districts and tehsils, reflecting the scale and importance of this initiative. Items being procured: - EPC Contract of Micro / Mini Grid Solutions (TSE-2627111221073) - EPC Contract of Micro / Mini Grid Solutions (TSE-2627111221053) - EPC Contract of Micro / Mini Grid Solutions (TSE-2627111221033) - EPC Contract of Micro / Mini Grid Solutions (TSE-2627111221003) The project covers Nokundi, Buleda, Muslim Bagh, Surab, Baiker, Sohbatpur, Punjpai and Duki under Phase-I, and Mastung, Noshki, Washuk, Panjgur, Kharan, Musa Khail, Harnai, Killa Abdullah, Khuzdar, Pishin/Barshore, Kalat, Turbat, Chagai, Dera Bugti, Killa Saifullah, Jhal Magsi, and Ziarat under Phase-II. Applicants must meet the requirements set out in the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules, 2014, and demonstrate relevant experience, technical capacity, and financial strength. Prequalification documents are available electronically and must be submitted through the BPPRA EPPS system by 21 November 2026 at 09:00 AM. Only prequalified firms will be invited to submit bids in the subsequent stage.
