Bolan Mining Enterprises (BME), a joint venture of the Government of Balochistan and Pakistan Petroleum Limited, invites reputable contractors and suppliers registered with the Sales Tax Department, Income Tax Department, and active on the FBR tax list to submit sealed bids for multiple procurement projects in Khuzdar and District Chaghi, Balochistan. The procurement includes supply and installation works for various specialized equipment and materials. Items being procured: - 20 kW Solar System installation for National Special Education Complex, Khuzdar - Miscellaneous items including Furniture and Equipment for National Special Education Complex and Khuzdar Press Club - Supply and installation of electrical works for BME Site Nokkundi, District Chaghi - Supply of 02 Nos Heavy Duty Steel Sieves for BME Site Nokkundi, District Chaghi - Supply and installation of 02 Nos Dialysis Machines for DHQ Khuzdar The technical scope covers solar power system installation, electrical works rehabilitation, supply of heavy-duty steel sieves, furniture and equipment supply, and medical equipment installation. The sites include educational complexes, press club, BME operational sites, and district hospital facilities. Bidders must be registered with FBR, have valid PEC categories relevant to electrical, mechanical, and medical equipment supply, and demonstrate prior experience in similar projects. Earnest Money (Bid Money) is 2% of the total bid value, and tender documents are available for PKR 5,000 each via pay order or online payment to Allied Bank Ltd. Tender documents can be collected from BME House, 3 B & 8 B Model Town, Quetta, Balochistan from 06-07-2026 to 14-07-2026 during working hours (9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday). The bid submission deadline is on or before 21-07-2026 at 3:00 PM, with bid opening at 3:30 PM the same day. Bidders must clearly mention the tender number and item details on the sealed envelope. No bid will be accepted without the required bid money. BME reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
