The Public Health Engineering Division Kalat invites eligible bidders to participate in the procurement for the supply and installation of solar systems for various Water Supply Schemes (WSS) across Kalat District for the year 2026. This tender is based on composite schedule rates 2026 on percentage rates with a tender fee of 2000 PKR and a bid security of 2% for each work. The estimated cost for most works is Rs. 95,29,025 each, except for the last item which is Rs. 81,54,125. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority and have an active tax payer status. Firms must have completed 3 assignments of similar nature with a minimum turnover equal to the highest estimated cost. Certification requirements include PEC registration, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 22000:2018, and IEC certifications related to photovoltaic modules. Payment challans and quality certificates are mandatory. The procurement will follow the Single Stage One Envelope Bidding Procedure. Bid security must be submitted as a deposit at call of 2% in the name of the undersigned.
