Tender Description
The Public Health Engineering (Dev) Division Umerkot invites tenders through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal for the supply and installation of submersible pumps under District-ADP Schemes in Umerkot, Sindh. This procurement is aimed at improving water supply infrastructure in rural areas of Umerkot district.
Items being procured:
- Submersible Pump for Village Abdul Majeed Ji Dhani-Laplo, UC Khokhrapar, Taluka Umerkot
- Submersible Pump for Village Soomon Sama UC Khokhrapar, Taluka Umerkot
- Submersible Pump for Village Rahimoon Mohallah UC Khokhrapar, Taluka Umerkot
Each pump installation has an estimated cost of Rs. 1.815 Million with a completion time of 24 months. The tender fee is Rs. 5,000 and earnest money is 5% of the estimated cost.
The scope includes supply, installation, and commissioning of submersible pumps meeting PEC codes CE-01, CE-04(iv), CE-09, CE-10, CE-11; EE-11(i), EE-11(ii), EE-11(iii), EE-11(vi), EE-11(xvii), EE-11(xix); ME-06, ME-07(v). Firms must be registered with PEC in relevant Civil, Electrical (Solar), and Mechanical (Pumps) categories and have valid NTN and SRB registration. Valid electrical license and ISO certifications (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018) are mandatory.
Bidders must submit bids electronically via EPADS only. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Tender documents and detailed terms can be downloaded from the EPADS portal. The original tender fee and bid security in the form of call deposit must be delivered to the procurement agency before the deadline.
