Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 2000 KVA DG Set with Sound and Weatherproof Canopy at PSO House Karachi

Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) Karachi invites qualified suppliers to submit quotations for the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of a 2000 KVA Diesel Generator (DG) Set with a sound and weatherproof canopy at PSO House, Clifton, Karachi. This procurement includes dismantling and relocating the existing 2000 KVA DG set with its canopy, installation and commissioning of the new DG set, and provision of rental 1250 KVA DG set services during the transition period. Items being procured: - Supply of Brand New 2000 KVA (Prime) DG Set including Diesel Engine, Cooling System, Alternator, Generator Control Panel, and all associated equipment - Sound Proof Canopy for 2000 KVA DG Set fabricated from MS sheets with acoustic insulation and weatherproofing - Dismantling and relocation of existing 2000 KVA DG Set with soundproof canopy within Karachi - Installation, commissioning, and testing of the new 2000 KVA DG Set including Site Acceptance Test (SAT) - Rental services of 1250 KVA DG Set with soundproof canopy for backup power during dismantling and installation The DG set must comply with ISO 8528, ISO 3046, IEC standards and include features such as ECU electronic governor, digital monitoring system, and Deep Sea Electronics control panel. The canopy must ensure noise levels below 85 dB(A) at 1 meter and be constructed with high-quality materials and finishes. Vendors must conduct site visits prior to bidding to verify space and foundation conditions. Eligibility requires OEM authorization, valid FBR registration, and compliance with PSO HSE standards. Earnest money of Rs. 500,000/- is mandatory. The vendor must provide comprehensive warranty and after-sales service for 12 months post commissioning. Bids must be submitted by 04 November 2026 at 2:15 PM. Partial payments will be made based on certified work progress. Vendors are advised to carefully review all technical specifications and ensure timely delivery within 165 days from purchase order issuance. Failure to meet deadlines will incur liquidated damages.
