Eligible bidders must be registered with SPPRA EPADS and relevant tax authorities, possess valid FBR registration, and demonstrate relevant experience. A bid security of 2% of the bid value is required, and a tender fee of Rs. 5,000 must be paid via challan generated from the IBA website and deposited at any branch of Meezan Bank Ltd. Bids must be submitted electronically through the SPPRA EPADS portal, with original bid security and signed bid documents delivered physically to the IBA Karachi office before the bid opening.
