The Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences And Technology GIKI invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and training of lab equipment at its premises in Swabi, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 using a Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) technique under a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Items being procured: - Dielectric Tester+Impedance Analyzer for Energy Storage Polymer films and Ceramic pallets - Intel Core i5 (10th/11th Gen) Laptop The technical scope includes a high temperature dielectric measuring system with a four probe system capable of measuring multiple electrical parameters from ambient to 600℃, with high accuracy and stability. The system includes a compatible digital LCR meter, a laptop with lifetime-licensed dielectric testing software, and all necessary accessories, calibration samples, and documentation. Installation, commissioning, system validation, and user training will be provided free of cost. A minimum two-year comprehensive warranty and lifetime after-sales technical support are required. Eligibility criteria include registration with FBR, active taxpayer status, and proven experience with similar scientific/research laboratory equipment. Bidders must be manufacturers or authorized agents with relevant authorization documents. Bid security must be submitted in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call at Deposit, or Demand Draft. The bid submission deadline is Thursday, September 17, 2026, at 03:00 PM via EPADS v2.0. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 03:30 PM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Bidders are advised to register on EPADS v2.0 in advance and ensure compliance with all bidding document requirements. The bid validity period is 120 days.
