Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning, and Training of Oil & Gas Stream Lab Equipment Under OGDCL Funded Project

The Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology GIKI invites sealed bids for the supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and training of Oil & Gas Stream Lab Equipment under an OGDCL funded project in Swabi, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 using a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure with Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) technique. Items being procured: - Density Tester for petroleum products (1 Nos.) - Distillation Apparatus Laboratory fractional distillation (1 Nos.) - Corrosion Testing Equipments with Corrosion Setup and Flash Point Tester Pensky-Martens Closed-Cup/Open Furnace Inside (1 Nos.) The equipment must meet specified technical standards including power supply, capacity, accuracy, and environmental conditions. Installation, commissioning, testing, and training at the site will be provided free of cost by the successful bidder. Bidders must be registered with FBR, have active taxpayer status, and demonstrate relevant experience in supplying similar scientific and laboratory equipment over the past five years. Bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call at Deposit, or Demand Draft is required. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by Monday, October 26, 2026 at 03:00 PM, with bid opening at 03:30 PM the same day. Manual submissions will not be accepted. The original bid security must be submitted physically to Room F-12 First Floor Admin Block GIKI, Swabi before the deadline. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure timely registration on EPADS v2.0 and submit all required documents including bid security originals on time to avoid disqualification.
