Punjab Cattle Market Management & Development Company-PCMMDC Lahore Division invites technical and financial proposals for the supply and installation of UPS at the CCTV Surveillance Room of MCM Lahore. The procurement is conducted under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using the Single Stage-Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Bidders must submit their signed and stamped technical and financial bids electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) portal (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/) by or before the deadline of August 25, 2026 at 11:00 A.M. Manual bids are not accepted. Items being procured: - Supply and installation of UPS at the CCTV Surveillance Room of MCM Lahore The detailed scope and bidding documents are available for download immediately after publication on the EP portal and PPRA website. Technical proposals will be opened on the same day at 11:30 A.M. in the presence of the procurement committee and authorized bidders or their representatives. Financial proposals of only technically qualified bidders will be opened later at a date/time to be announced. Bidders must submit 2% bid security of the estimated cost via 1link/Bank Guarantee options digitally through PSID on the E-Procurement Portal or before the submission deadline. The financial proposal must include all applicable taxes. Firms must have valid registration certificates for Income Tax (NTN) and PRA Sales Tax. Incomplete proposals will be rejected. The bid validity period is 90 days from the submission deadline. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all proposals prior to acceptance under PPRA rules 2014. Issuance of work order and procurement is subject to budget approval.
