Invitation for Prequalification to Sign Framework Agreement for Recurrent Repair and Maintenance Services

The Ministry of Maritime Affairs invites applications through EPADS V2.0 from NTN- and GST-registered firms, workshops, and contractors for pre-qualification to establish an Open Framework Agreement for recurrent repair and maintenance services. The agreement will remain valid for three (03) years and covers the following categories: - Machinery and equipment - Furniture and fixtures - Office buildings - Transport vehicles - Computer hardware - IT equipment The procurement will be conducted in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2026, as amended. Firms may apply for one or more categories, each evaluated independently. Applications must be submitted electronically via EPADS V2.0 and a hard copy with a Bid Security of Rs:50,000/- per category to the Ministry of Maritime Affairs, 8th Floor, Kohsar Block, Pak Secretariat, Islamabad. The deadline for submission is by 11:00 AM on 20-10-2026. Electronic submissions will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day in the presence of applicants' representatives. This framework agreement aims to ensure timely and efficient maintenance services for the Ministry's assets in Islamabad. Eligible bidders should be NTN and GST registered with relevant experience. Earnest Money in the form of Bid Security is mandatory. The Ministry reserves the right to reject any or all applications without assigning any reason.
