Supply and Installation of Water Filters and Cartridges

The National University of Modern Languages Islamabad invites sealed tenders as per PPRA rule (36A) through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) from well reputed and GST registered firms for the supply and installation of Water Filters and Cartridges. Items being procured: - Water Filters - Cartridges Bidders must submit their bids electronically via EPADS. The tender documents containing terms and conditions can be downloaded from https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/130390. Prospective bidders may contact PPRA at 051-111-137-237 for registration, training, and technical assistance on EPADS. The submission deadline is **21st October, 2026 till 1100 Hrs**. Bids will be opened on the same day at 1130 Hrs in the presence of available bidders. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the shape of a Bank Draft or Pay Order as mentioned in the tender document. The scanned copy of the bid security must be uploaded through EPADS, and the original Bank Draft or Pay Order must be submitted physically along with the original sealed proposals. A non-refundable tender fee of **Rs. 2,000/-** in the form of Bank Draft or Pay Order must also be submitted to the office of the undersigned with the bid. The University reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance. This tender notice is also available on EPADS and NUML websites.
