Supply of Insulated Bucket Mounted Utility Vehicles, Cranes Mounted Trucks (3-Ton), Fork Lifter 5-Ton to IESCO Regional Stores

Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) invites e-Bids for the fiscal year 2026-27 from FBR registered firms and manufacturers for supply of specific vehicles and equipment to IESCO Regional Stores located in Rawalpindi, Islamabad, and Rajjar. The procurement is for the supply of the following items: - Insulated Bucket Mounted Utility Vehicles (05 Nos) - Cranes Mounted Trucks (3-Ton) (10 Nos) - Fork Lifter 5-Ton (01 No) The items must conform to the specified standards and specifications: Insulated Bucket Mounted Utility Vehicles to NTDC Specifications DDS-11:2023 (amended to date), Cranes Mounted Trucks and Fork Lifter to IESCO's specifications. The tender opening will be held on 31.08.2026 at 10:30 AM, with the opening of bids at 11:00 AM on the same day. Bidders or their authorized representatives with authority letters may attend the opening at the office of the Chief Engineer (Material Management), IESCO Head Office, Islamabad. Bidders must apply through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) portal and upload all mandatory documents as per bidding requirements. The tender follows a Single Stage Two Envelope basis. Prices must be firm, final, and on DDP basis without involving foreign exchange. Bid security must be submitted in original as per instructions, valid for 148 days in the form of Bank Guarantee or CDR from scheduled banks with rating A+ or above, in favor of Chief Executive Officer IESCO Islamabad. Partial bids or bids for less than full quantity will not be accepted. GST and all applicable taxes must be included in the quoted price, with GST reimbursable upon submission of original invoices/forms. IESCO reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance. In case of government holidays or strikes, the tender will be opened on the next working day at the same time and venue.
