Supply of IT Equipment

National Engineering Services Pakistan (Pvt.) Limited (NESPAK) invites E-bids through EPADS 2.0 from active GST and NTN registered firms for the procurement of IT Equipment. Bidders must submit their E-bids on or before October 27, 2026, up to 1100 hours along with earnest money of Rs. 250,000 (Rupees two hundred fifty thousand only) in the form of pay order, CDR, or bank draft in the name of NESPAK. Items being procured: - Laptop (154 No.) - Personal Computers (115 No.) - Printer & UPS (125 No.) - Other Equipment (80 No.) - Generator 25KVA (01 No.) - Mobile Phones (100 No.) E-bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions are available on EPADS 2.0 portal (www.epads.gov.pk). Bids will be opened on the same day at 1130 hours. Details of IT Equipment are also available on NESPAK (www.nespak.com.pk) and PPRA (www.ppra.org.pk) websites. NESPAK reserves the right to reject all bids according to provision of Rules 33 of PPRA. This procurement requires firms to be registered with GST and NTN and to comply with all regulatory requirements. Earnest money must be submitted as specified.
