Supply of IT & Other Equipments by University of Baltistan Skardu

The University of Baltistan, Skardu has reserved funds for procurement planned for FY 2026-27. The university intends to apply part of these funds to cover eligible payments under the contract for the supply of IT & other equipments with reference number P145758. The University invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for procurement of goods described in the bidding documents available on EPADS v2.0. Items being procured: - IT & Other Equipments The procurement will be conducted using Single Stage-Two Envelope method adopting Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in line with Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and related regulations and guidelines. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security as described in the bidding documents in the form of Call at Deposit or bid securing declaration. Bidders must register on EPADS v2.0 to participate. Bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Monday, October 26, 2026, 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM using EPADS v2.0. Manual submission of bids will not be entertained.
