Purchase of NG Firewalls and Enterprise Switches

The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA), under the Ministry of Interior & Narcotics Control, Government of Pakistan, invites sealed electronic bids from eligible bidders registered for Income Tax & Sales Tax and active on the Active Tax Payers List (ATL) of the FBR. The procurement is for NG Firewalls and Enterprise Switches as per Tender No NADRA-HQ-RFB-121/2026. Items being procured: - NG Firewalls - Enterprise Switches The procurement will follow the Single Stage-Two Envelope method with evaluation using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and related regulations and guidelines issued by NADRA. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 13th October 2026 at 1100 hrs at HQ NADRA, Sector G-5/2, Islamabad. Bidders must submit a Bid Security in the form of Bank Draft, Pay Order, or Bank Guarantee by 26th October 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bidding documents including detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/148938. Registration on EPADS v2.0 is mandatory for participation. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 on or before 26th October 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bid opening will occur the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. NADRA reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Rule 33 of PP Rules 2004. Bidders are advised to ensure timely submission and resolve any technical issues on EPADS independently as NADRA will not be responsible for technical difficulties during submission.
