Supply of Karttoos & Stickny for Development Schemes at Rahim Yar Khan

The Municipal Committee Rahim Yar Khan invites bids for the supply of Karttoos and Stickny for approved development schemes under ADP Programme & DNIT for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is for the city of Rahim Yar Khan in Punjab province. Items being procured: - Construction of Food Street at Bostan Park Shah Road, R.Y.Khan (Estimated Cost Rs. 15,829,000) - Construction & Rehabilitation of Tuff Pavers at City R.Y.Khan (Estimated Cost Rs. 40,000,000) - Frame Work Contract Supply of Karttoos & Stickny for MC RYK (Estimated Cost Rs. 4,000,000) The bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and Punjab PPRA website Punjab e Procurement portal. Earnest Money is 5% of the estimated cost for each scheme. Bidders must submit a CDR along with PEC Certificate and Letter Head. The bids will be opened on 3rd November 2026 at 1:30 PM in the office of the Municipal Committee Rahim Yar Khan. Strict adherence to PPRA rules is mandatory. Bidders must submit all required financial bids and analysis summary pages completely. Any incomplete financial bids will be declared non-responsive. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning reason. Bidders are advised to carefully review the tender documents and ensure timely submission through Punjab e Procurement portal before the deadline. Late submissions will not be entertained.
