Tender Description
The Govt Secondary Institute for the Blind Sheranwala Gate Lahore invites bids for the Service of Washing Cloth for boarders for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is for the supply of washing cloth services specifically for the boarders residing at the institute located in Lahore.
Items being procured:
- Service of Washing Cloth
The tender is open to Punjab e-Procurement registered firms who must submit both technical and financial bids through the online Punjab e-Procurement system. The estimated cost for this service is Rs. 1,000,000/-.
Bidders must submit a bid security amounting to 5% of the total estimated value via PSID generated from the e-procurement system. Tender forms can be downloaded free of cost from the Punjab e-Procurement Portal or the PPRA website immediately after the tender notice is published. The submission deadline is 06-11-2026 by 11:00 AM, with technical bids opening at 11:30 AM in the presence of the Purchase Committee and firm representatives.
Firms must upload copies of certified ID card, General Sales Tax, Income Tax Registration, and acceptance of rules and conditions on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Successful bidders will be required to deposit 10% of the total contract value as a performance guarantee through PSID.
The firm is responsible for transportation charges and must supply the goods to the relevant institution where payment will be made after physical and technical inspection. Taxes including General Sales Tax and Income Tax must be included in the rates.
The purchase committee reserves the right to reject any or all tenders under PPRA Rules 2014. Firms must submit an affidavit confirming they are not blacklisted or involved in any legal case. Defective or substandard items will not be accepted.
Bidders are advised to carefully follow the Punjab e-Procurement system instructions and ensure timely submission of all required documents and bid securities to avoid disqualification.
