Tender Description
The Pakistan Security Printing Corporation (Pvt) Ltd (Procurement) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of Kluber Oil Syntheso GH 6-220. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and is intended to be executed in Karachi, Sindh. The procurement will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 using the Single Stage One Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique.
Items being procured:
- Kluber Oil Syntheso GH 6-220, 60 Kg quantity
The supply of this cutting oil must be completed within 30 days from the award of the contract. Bidders must ensure that the goods conform to the specified technical standards and quality requirements as detailed in the bidding documents. The bid security must be submitted in the form of a Pay Order or Bank Guarantee as specified. Bidders are required to be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate and must submit their bids electronically through the portal. Manual submissions will not be entertained.
