Tender Description
The Karachi Chamber of Commerce & Industry (KCCI), located in Karachi, Sindh, is procuring a range of laptops and printers to support its operational needs. This procurement includes 12 standard business laptops with Intel Core i3 13th Generation processors, 4 high-performance laptops with Intel Core i7 13th Generation, 1 high-performance laptop with Intel Core i5 and dedicated GPU, along with 1 monochrome laser printer and 1 color multifunction printer. All equipment must be brand new, branded, and delivered to KCCI premises.
The technical scope requires laptops with minimum specifications such as 8 to 16 GB RAM, SSD storage, Full HD displays, licensed Windows 11 Professional OS, and at least one year local warranty. Printers must support USB or network connectivity with a minimum print speed of 25 ppm for the monochrome laser printer and multifunction capabilities for the color printer. Delivery, installation, and after-sale service are expected within 15 days of purchase order issuance.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). They should be authorized delivery partners or OEMs for the required products and have relevant experience with similar assignments. Technical strength with at least three qualified professionals for installation and configuration is mandatory. Bid security and earnest money requirements apply as per KCCI terms.
The bid submission deadline is **April 15, 2026 at 11:00 AM** via the Electronic Pakistan Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS). Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM at the KCCI Committee Room. Bidders should ensure their bid security is submitted in a separate sealed envelope before the deadline to avoid disqualification.
