Items being procured: - Dell or equivalent OptiPlex 7010MT Intel Core i5 14th Generation with 16GB RAM and 512GB SSD, quantity 10 - Dell or equivalent 24 inch LED Monitor along with Dell mouse and keyboard, quantity 10 The technical specifications require the latest generation Intel Core i5 processors, sufficient RAM and SSD storage for optimal performance, and a three-year warranty on all equipment. Delivery is required at the specified location in Jacobabad. Bidders must be manufacturers, authorized distributors, or authorized dealers of the quoted products and comply strictly with the technical specifications without using ambiguous terms such as 'or equivalent' without clear brand and model details. Eligibility criteria include valid NTN and GST registration, three years of relevant experience, and no blacklisting by any government or semi-government entity. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost is mandatory, and bids must be submitted electronically through the EPADS portal. The bid validity period is 90 days. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance security of 2% of the contract price and deliver the goods within three calendar days after contract signing.
