COMSATS University Islamabad (Abbottabad Campus) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for Procurement of Liquid Helium (99.999%) Pure (100 liter) for NMR at CUI Abbottabad Campus. Items being procured: - Liquid Helium (99.999%) Pure, Quantity: 100 liter The prices are required to be quoted on FOR basis in Pak Rupees as described in the bidding documents on EPADS v2.0. The procurement will follow the Single Stage-Single Envelope bidding procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in line with Public Procurement Rules 2004 and related regulations. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security amount as described in the Bidding Document in the form of Pay Order or Call Deposit. Bidders must also submit a bid securing declaration as per the format specified.
