Supply of Live Plants and Seeds

The Director General Agriculture Extension Balochistan Quetta invites bids from eligible bidders for the supply of live plants and seeds. This procurement is conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. The items being procured include live plants and seeds with a total count of 4. Procurements shall be made under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Eligibility of bidders requires 3 assignments of similar nature and complexity worth 71,900,500 PKR in the previous 3 years, with at least 71,900,500 PKR in 3 subsequent previous years. Bidders must have presence in active tax payer list and valid sales tax certificate. The bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan. The bid security is 3% of the bid value and must be submitted in the form of bank guarantee or deposit call. Tender documents including NIT and bidding documents can be obtained electronically from the official website of BPPRA. Issuance and viewing of tender documents is available online. The last date for bid submission is 13 October 2026 by 10:30 AM through the supplier dashboard. Tender opening will be held on the same day at 11:30 AM on EPPS system. Bidders are advised to ensure their registration on the electronic public procurement system of BPPRA and submit bids electronically.
