Supply of LT Paper Covered Copper Strip and HT Enamelled Copper Wire to Faisalabad Electric Supply Company Limited

Faisalabad Electric Supply Company Limited (FESCO) invites electronic bids under local funds through Single Stage - One Envelope Bidding Procedure for the supply of new LT Paper Covered Copper Strip and new HT Enamelled Copper Wire according to WAPDA specifications. The procurement is for FESCO's operations in Faisalabad city. Items being procured: - LT Paper Covered Copper Strip 3x4 mm (2,000 Kg) - LT Paper Covered Copper Strip 4x5 mm (3,000 Kg) - LT Paper Covered Copper Strip 4x4.5 mm (2,000 Kg) - LT Paper Covered Copper Strip 5x8 mm (8,000 Kg) - LT Paper Covered Copper Strip 7x5.5 mm (4,000 Kg) - HT Enamelled Copper Wire 0.6 mm (6,000 Kg) - HT Enamelled Copper Wire 0.8 mm (15,000 Kg) - HT Enamelled Copper Wire 1.1 mm (20,000 Kg) - HT Enamelled Copper Wire 1.5 mm (20,000 Kg) The materials must comply with WAPDA/PPMC/NTDC/DISCOs approved firms' standards and be registered in M-19 category with valid Income Tax and Sales Tax registration. Bidders must be active taxpayers on the Federal Board of Revenue list. The rates should be in local currency inclusive of all taxes and duties, excluding foreign exchange elements. Bidding documents with detailed specifications and terms are available at the EPADS portal (www.eprocure.gov.pk). Electronic bids must be submitted via EPADS by 08-10-2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the office of the Director (Material Management), FESCO Old Thermal Plant, Abdullahpur, Faisalabad. Original Bid Security Instrument must be submitted physically before the deadline; otherwise, the bid will not be opened.
