Supply of Lunch Meal Packed in Boxes to NESPAK Karachi Offices

National Engineering Services Pakistan (Pvt.) Limited (NESPAK) Karachi Office invites E-bids through EPADS 2.0 on single stage-one envelope bidding procedure on their letter heads from Catering contractors/vendors/firms who are registered with Income Tax Department, Active on Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue and have license from Sindh Food Authority for supply of good quality hygienic food to employees of NESPAK, Karachi Office. Items being procured: - Lunch meal packed in boxes for NESPAK Karachi offices on working days only E-Bidding documents containing terms and conditions are available for registered bidders on EPADS (www.epads.gov.pk) NESPAK (www.nespak.com.pk) and PPRA (www.ppra.org.pk) website. Bid Security amounting to Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty-five thousand only) shall be provided in the form of demand draft/pay order/CDR from any scheduled bank in Pakistan in favour of National Engineering Services Pakistan (Pvt.) Limited, as per instructions given in the bidding documents. Bids must be submitted through EPADS 2.0 on or before 1100 hours on or before November 12, 2026. Manual Bids will not be accepted. E-Bids will be opened on the same day at 1130 hours. NESPAK reserves the right to reject all bids according to provision Rules 45 of PPRA, 2026.
