Tender Description

The Public Health Engineering Division Dera Bugti is procuring essential machinery and equipment for the Water Supply Scheme (WSS) Pirkoh. This procurement includes supply of machinery sets, essential spare parts, an excavator, and a single cabin pickup vehicle. The tender covers five key works: two machinery sets for WSS Pirkoh, purchase of essential spare parts, an excavator, and a single cabin pickup vehicle. The total estimated cost is **PKR 98,000,000**. The technical scope requires brand new, unused, and latest model equipment. The excavator and pickup vehicle must be supplied by authorized manufacturers, dealers, or distributors in Pakistan. Valid warranty and after-sales service support are mandatory. Bidders must attach complete technical specifications, brochures, and authorization certificates with their bids. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to inspect and verify the offered equipment before contract award. Eligibility criteria include valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and discipline with renewal for the financial year 2025-26. Firms must be registered with tax authorities including BRA, NTN, and Sales Tax Department as active filers on the ATL of FBR. Bidders should have completed at least three similar assignments demonstrating financial capacity and experience. For the excavator and pickup vehicle, bidders must have supplied at least three similar vehicles or equipment in the last five years. The tender fee is Rs. 1500 per work, and bid security is 2% of the estimated cost. Earnest money must be deposited through Green Challan in National Bank of Pakistan accounts C-02721 to C-02726. The last date for submission of bids is **22-06-2026 at 12:00 PM**, with bid opening at 1:00 PM the same day. Submission and inquiries are to be made at the Office of the XEN PHE Division Dera Bugti.
