Supply of Mechanical Consumables, Computer Controlled Fermenters and Biochemicals to PCSIR Lahore

The Pakistan Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (PCSIR) Lahore invites electronic bids for the supply of mechanical consumables and specialized equipment under the PSDP Project titled 'Development of Computer Controlled Fermenters and Production of Biochemicals & Bioproducts'. This procurement is open to well reputed and registered manufacturers, sole agents, authorized dealers, suppliers, and government contractors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and active taxpayers. Items being procured: - LOT1: Reaction Glass Vessel (Qty 5) - LOT2: Pall Filters (Qty 3) - LOT3: Ball Bearings (Qty 4) - LOT4: Mechanical Components (Qty 16) - LOT5: O-Rings (Qty 46) The scope includes supply of mechanical consumables essential for the development and production of biochemicals and bioproducts at PCSIR Laboratories Complex Lahore. The delivery will be on F.O.R basis at PCSIR Lahore. Bidders must submit electronic bids through EPADS v2.0 portal by Monday, 23 November 2026 at 01:00 PM. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 01:30 PM. Manual submission is not allowed. Earnest money deposits are required as per lot: Rs. 460,000 for LOT1, Rs. 420,000 for LOT2, Rs. 160,000 for LOT3, Rs. 460,000 for LOT4, and Rs. 40,000 for LOT5, payable via bank draft or call deposit in favor of The Project Director. PCSIR reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or proposals as per PPRA rules. Grievance Redressal Committee notification is available on the procuring agency's and PPRA websites. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure timely registration and submission through the EPADS v2.0 system to avoid disqualification due to manual submission or late bids. Also, carefully prepare the earnest money instruments as per specified amounts for each lot to meet bid security requirements.
